Default Still having voltage issues

Here's the most recent update. Did the intercooler mod and now have more than enough room with the Dewitts radiator but still running hot. The car is throwing a "Service Charging System" code which is causing the a/c to kick off and the fans to not run at full duty. It was weird because the voltage dropped to 10.5 and the car got real hot. We put a charger on it, the fans came on full cycle and the car cooled off quick. So what am I missing? Why is the charging system having this problem? Remember from my last thread that there is a brand new alternator and Optima yellow top battery.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As complicated as these cars are electrically, I'd bet you have a visit to a qualified dealer soon to diagonse this one. But, before you make that trip, make sure all connections are clean, especially all the grounds. Also, (I'm sure you check this) check for any belt slipage. Good luck. Electrical gremlins are a PITA!
