Default APS Exhaust Flanges

I am hoping someone out there can help me locate the bolt together exhaust flanges that APS uses on the system. I have there exhaust on my car now. I want to be able to remove the cats and put a straight pipe section in when I am at the track.

Thanks for any help!

If you're looking for the 2-bolt flange that connects to the downpipe, right after the turbo, I might be able to help you!

Hey Kevin, I see what your talking about -

Probably need to locate an exhaust fabricator to make you a set, or somehow replace them with V-Bands for quick swaps.

That would be a lot of effort to gain only a couple of horsepower ( of course, we know you are planning this for track only use, and not just to pass the emissions testing inspections).

20+rwhp (22 to be exact) strapped on a dynojet; 3" off-road mid pipe vs APS cats. And a slight spool-time improvement, moreso with a true 3" downpipe w/o the bottleneck.

I'm sure you'll see an improvement on both.

You won't find anything off the shelves to mate with the APS, I suspect you'll need someone to fabricate an off-road set, simple task for some who knows what there doing. Initially I was thinking of replacing the flange with V-bands for quick mount & dismount, but I would be hesitant to alter APS hardware. Finding the 4 bolt flange is not an issue; I know a couple of local turbo fabrication shops I can check with.

I've spoke with Andy at XSE before about the APS kits, they were intrigue with the setup since they're turbo enthusiasts people. Looks like they offer a 3.5" dia. -

Lastly, what are your thoughts about adding cut-outs on the "test pipe" ?

Adding the VES would have been my next move - http://www.atpturbo.com/root/releases/release091004.htm

I bet that if you sent ATP the catted sections they could make the flanges and also make the pieces to directly replace the existing hardware. Not saying that it would be cheap, but they could definitely do it.

Scott, I talked to one of their techs today and sent him pictures of the catted sections, definitely will have to be custom work as you stated...cost? No clue! As for a 4 bolt flange, he could only suggest their ATP-FLS-013 as an option - http://www.atpturbo.com/Merchant2/me...egory_Code=BCS

I was thinking about Jimmy at RM or Fast Intentions as a local source.
