Meth Injection WITHOUT Adding Timing???
I know the benefits of methanol injection: cooling IATs and the ability to add timing back to the engine.
Would it be worth running a meth injection system for the cooling effects only (on a Magnuson)? I'm not interested in adding timing back into the engine. Yes, I know I would be leaving HP on the table (believe it or not, that doesn't concern me). I would think there would be gains just with the cooler IATs.....how much of the HP improvement is due to the increase in timing?
Without adding timing, would the car even need to be retuned?

That being said, I think you can get an additonal 20-30rwhp if you wanted to throw in some timing. Some others that have installed meth kits for this reason will be better able to tell you.
