I am looking to join your FI club and supercharge my vette. Any of you guys have any regrets? Any advice? I am looking at the A&A and the ECS. Use the car for trips mostly and road dominance, not track times.

My only regret was shoulda done it A LONG time ago haha a year here and no problems, besides wanting to keep adding more and more power
It's addictive. I've had some pretty fast NA cars and none compare to a boosted car.
You can do the biggest baddest head, cam, header job with ALL the tricks and you'll still be 100 HP down to a simple bolt on blower system.

With the blower itself, "0" regrets......I agree with Andy 100% on the h/c cars....I used to own one . The beautiful thing about a blower is, it's there when you need it- otherwise the car drives like a stocker and you can maintain the stock look/sound (for the most part) as well.
Some may argue with me on this, but if you are going FI and you want/have an auto, the A4 is the only way to go, IMO. I'd be a bit hesitant to put a blower on a A6 car......but that's just me. I lost my A4 after about 3k miles at 600rwhp, but was able to replace it with a bullet proof RPM tranny for less than 3k. If you lose your A6 (very likely), you're SOL (for the time being) and you're back to a stock GM replacement.
No regrets at all, Maggies a good girl. Like others have said drives like stock until you go into boost. You just gotta stay intouch with the C6 parts for sale section, so you can keep a good supply of tires on hand.
you guys are pushing me over the edge! Any body else have problems? Other guys on another thread say that you don't see any difference unless over 60-80 mph and that I'll need a new backend and clutch, opinions?
thanks for all the input, I agree the power is addictive, started modding after less than 1000 miles!
I wish I would have gone with a F1A to start... Doing a F1C soon...
If you go with ECS do the 1500 or 2000 head unit...
If you go with ATI do the D1 or F1A
If you go A&A go up atleast one size on the head unit... you'll be glad you did on all 3 systems...
i had a ls1 trans am with a head and cam before the vette. i was always an all motor guy. came across a good deal and got the novi 1500 for ecs. theres nothin but a smile everytime i drive it. just like everyone says though. be ready to spend some money.
