Default Adding a Supercharger and Alky Kit

Hi guys;

I am looking into adding a Supercharger and Alky Kit as my next mods for the C6. I have done some research and would like some of your opinions.
Unlike some I have some mods already, 228/232, 114 LSA cam package, American Racing headers, W/high flow cats, haltech cold air intake system, ported intake manifold/ throttle body and Borla Sports making about 420 RWHP and 400 RWTQ.

How much of this would I have to change to add a SC?

Also not sure if I would want to go with a ECS 1500 or wait until they get the 2000 setup/packaged for the C6?

I would like to get 600 to 650, but I not sure if that is possible with this setup?

Any and all responses are welcome.

You can remove the CAI and post it for sell on the forum.. It's going to be useless to you.

Did you pin the crank when you did the cam? If so, you can probably make the cam work. If not, then it may not be a bad time to think about getting a better cam for the setup. It would avoid you the labor costs of having to change it out in the future if you decided you wanted to switch to a blower specific grind.

You should call Andy and ask about the T-trim kit. Same type of power as the novi 2000 and it's available today... for less if he still has the $800 off sale going.

Mike,
That's not a bad cam for your S/C set up... I would stay with it... so like zeno said other than the CAI that's it... And you know my Vote... 2000 baby!!!

I thought ECS said they were going to skip the novi 2000 and go right to the 2200. I didn't think he had it done yet, though.

Regardless, 600 is easy with an LS2...

Either way they're all good blowers. Whichever you get, you're going to love it!!

We have several cars at 700+rwhp with the NOVI 1500, do not over head unit your car if your not in need of it. It's no different than over camming your car. Let me know if you have any questions, and remember, the highest quality SC kit for Corvettes is not expensive, it's priceless.
