Do you have any type of fuel pressure gauge installed? I don't have any experiences with boost a pump but a lot of time when it blows a fuse is when the pump is binding.
itran for 100 miles then popped ( fuse melted bad!!!) then changed it. ran for over 100 miles agian ad this time total melt down of holder ect. so what do you do to fix yours. i ws looking at sapping to metal car audio fuse holder but afraid it just move the problem down line to the wireand melt them.....

I have seen that before, the causes were 1. there were two pumps being fed by the BAP-stock and an extra in line pump. Current draw was too high but didn't not pop fuse right away, just melted it down. 2. was from a loose connection in the fuse holder, we removed the fuse holder provided and installed a more HD piece. Problem was solved after removing the second pump on the first one, and the new fuse holder on the second.
I have read about wires melting with running off the stock setup, I know several guys on the c5 FI forum are runing the racetronic hard wire setup for their BAP, only $75 and great insurance.
