procharger intercooler mod

ok guy's, my d1 is on and been driving it,, yes, i am having the same prob as people say.. heat.. i have read about some baller mod or something,.. PLEASE,, hook me up with pics or links or something...

I would also like it if somene could tell me where to get a 4.00 pulley and a real fricking tensioner. 6 rib.. thanks.

How much boost are you running with the D series procharger? If you are running 5-6 pounds I don't think the belt should slip but a tensioner would help for sure.

I'm amazed at how many people have heat issues with the procharger, I never ran hot or thrown a belt, I've tracked the car and my only heat issues was boiling power steering fluid.
