I've read on the forum it's not recommended to use anything but the stock manifolds for the STS due to the reduction in heat in the exhaust. I can understand the theory behind it but I figured with the increase in volocitywith the LTs, it would make up for the heat loss.
What if the LTs were completely heat wrapped to retain the heat?
Would the stock manifolds still be better or would the heat wrapped LTs (poosibly the LGs) be superior?
I'm really thinking of going the remote mounted turbo route due to the weight destribution and cooler underhood temps. At the same time i want to reduce as much turbo lag as possible.
That's odd.. I would have thought you could get the turbo's spooled up faster with a greater volume of hot air... Oh well... If they made the kit, they no doubt know.

I'm guessing that you can only push so much air till it hits the turbos?
