Since the turbos hang rather low on this kit, what would happen if the turbos sucked up from water from a puddle?? Would this destroy the turbo?

The turbos may sit low, but so does your your transmission, gear box, etc... Do those suck up water? No.

The turbocharger's intakes aren't "Down Low." They are plumbed high enough so water ingestion isn't even a consideration.

Yeah, but the trans, etc. are enclosed as opposed to turbos where the fins are exposed and spinning.

Ummmm, no. The turbos and the spinny parts are enclosed inside of the air flow area. Water does not get into a turbo. If water did get in, it would be from the tailpipe or pouring through the engine and out the exhaust manifold.

I don't have the APS kit but it was designed by Inall and he did the Incon kits and that's what I have in the camaro.

Elmer.

The inlets for the turbos are located in front of the front tires and tucked behind the fender wells. There really is no place to draw water into the system.

Oh it can get the air cleaners wet in a in heavy downpoor or if you drive into a pool of water during a rainstorm!
Ask me how I know. It's a bit of a PIA to yank them off, clean em and reoil them.
