APS inlets that work!
the hose in the picture is just some hose thats called RFH that can handle like 300 degrees f. and it only cost me 15 dollars. The other stuff is alot smoother inside and can handle 550 degrees f.so if this stuff works the other stuff will be awesome.
what i did was i just took the pancake out and just ran 3'' flex all the way to the 2.75 flex that came with the APS kit. it was tight and i had to move some lines that went to the brake and a couple sensors but it went fast.when i say i had to move stuff i even reused the same holes. nothing hard. ill take some more pics it was late and i was tired.
it held the 14 psi like i wanted it to.when before i did this it had a hard time making 10 to 11 in this texas heat. 14 psi is as high as i have taken it because im still on a stock motor
.when i put the other hose on i think im just going to go with 3'' all the way to the filter.thats only going to be another 2 feet of hose that i will need than what i got now. i used 5 foot so 7 foot will do both inlets all the way to the filter

I hate to tell you this, BUT you can't run the hose, going from the turbo to the intercooler, between the sway bar and the tie rod. At least, not on the passenger side. The tie rod boot clamp will wear a hole in it. Check the installation guide, step 83, on the APS web site. LAPD ordered a new hose for me because somebody made that mistake. It looks like it will work when the wheel is off and the suspension drops, but when the wheel is on and the suspension is loaded, you will see what I'm talking about.
