tps wire? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have an 08 ls3 I'm hooking up a nitrous system I need to know which wire on throtle body sends tps signal

Dunno on LS3 but on the LS2 it was the purple wire on the throttle body harness.

I really believe it's the purple one. That's consistent across most new GM vehicles.
Are you absolutely certain this isn't it? It's relative easy to check. Just connect a volt meter across it (and ground the other side), turn the ignition on, and give it gas. The voltage should increase. You might have to have a buddy watch the meter (or give it gas). It's easier with two peeps.

I tried this did not see change in voltage

just use put a switch under the pedal and call it a day. i had ur same problem 3 months ago. installed the entire kit and couldnt find the right cable so i said **** it and connected it to a switch under the gas pedal. love it that way, no problems

Which Window/WOT switch are you using?
If its Nitrous Outlets call them they are always great
I also thought it was purple rising voltage did you search it?

Are you certain you have a good ground when you checked it?
The harness is almost identical (on the motor side) on your car and mine.
I always use NX kits - however, this shouldn't have any impact on the proper selection of TPS sensor wire.

for whats its worth,its easier imo to use a micro switch.that way there is no issues with TM pulling throttle [you do have TM adjusted]
