check engine light
Had this come on after a WOT burst. Tuner suspect boost pump may have stopped working. My fuel pressure still read 62lbs. It came on again this morning coming home from work at lass than 30mph. ?? Before I drive 200 miles to the tuners shop in Indiana, has anyone experienced this and was it related to the S/C install or some other item on the car. Any feed back great appreciated. I was planning on going to the tuner

we need more info to help you... what code is the scanner showing. If you do not have a scanner, go to Walmart and pick up a $30 obdII scanner, and let us know the codes that it reads, also we need to know what year model car you have, and what mods are done to it... Was the car tuned on the dyno, or is it just running on the canned tune? help us help you with this info...

Thanks, that concurs with the codes on my hand held. I will have that checked when I take it to the tuner Monday. Tuner thinks maybe the boost-a-pump may have quit, but the pres gauge read a consistant 62psi but I have 60lb injectors also. Should have paid more attention in shop but that was 40+ years ago. Thanks again
