At idle the car runs at 62# fuel pressure. When the car is in 4th gear and building up boost to go w.o.t, its still at 62# fuel pressure. When the tuner gets into it for w.o.t, the fuel pressure drops off to 50# of fuel pressure. The problem they cant understand is how the car is running pig rich all the way up to 5.5k rpm(at 50# fuel pressure) then just suddenly, like blink of an eye suddenly its lean as hell while still at 50#s. The AFR graph bottoms out at 10.0 all the way to 5.5k rpm, and it instantly goes to 12.2 at that point they let off the throttle.

The tuner is someone they call on, doesnt work for the shop.

Where are you from? You might save yourself a lot of grief by taking it to another vendor that has been down this road before. If the shop you are taking it to doesn't do their own tuning that is always a problem. Everyone points the finger at the other person...

Replace your FP regulator, see if that fixes the problem. If not, then it's time to pull your fuel system apart from injectors to pumps. If you don't find anything wrong visually, then you've got a bad fuel pump or two - swap pumps. The problem will be fixed.

Good luck!
