So the car goes in next week to get the ECS sc600 package with the self lubricating paxton 1500. This will be my first supercharger, i'm interested in the "need to knows" regarding maintenance and usage.
I understand that this has a line that hangs down and you drain the oil from there and that paxton provides their own oil for the unit. Also, only run 93 octane.
Stuff I don't know, when do i change the oil? Is there an initial break-in period? How much oil to put in the unit? Where does the oil go in exactly? I've searched pretty extensively but haven't found any write-ups on these questions.
Sorry for the newb questions, but you help is much appreciated.

I have the Vortech V-3t which I think is the same. Even came with some bottles of Paxton oil. Change it a 2500 first change and 7500
afterword. It has a drain line which I plastic tied to the down tube
Easy to drain and reach. The blower has it's own little dipstick!
