Nitrous backfire

If a nitrous backfire was to occur on a stock ls7 intake manifold would this product save the intake?

your reference goes to the FAST intake, I installed mine on the FAST 90 and I believe at the time they were 34 lb. the function of these is that the burst knockouts will bust and you can replace them for about $100.. I was going to put NOS on but went FI instead. one of the options on the FAST is the bosses are there to tap into for Direct inject NOS. The new Intake is for sale until the end of the month

Why don't you just get a window switch and not worry about backfires?

window switches alone dont fix nitrous back fires.

Proper PURGING paired with a window switch AND a WOT switch will prevent 100% of Nitrous back fires (assuming no mechanical failures with a solenoid).

Yeah sorry, I kind of assumed that the others would be standard. I've never had a backfire from not purging, so not sure if that is required, but I could see where it could cause one.
