max power with BAP
Well, I know i read this somewhere, just wondering whats the max power anyone has ever done through the stock Z06 pump and a BAP at full voltage.
Im asking because I ran into fuel pump/injector issues and I now want to wire my small stock pump to feed into the big bosch pump, ill settle with whatever HP I can get for the time being, just wondering if ill be able to see 700-750 RWHP with this set-up.

How much horsepower have people made with a stock fuel pump + BAP? Or at what horsepower does the fuel pressure start to drop off?
I just have an LS3 fuel pump, but it drops down to lower 50's at 630whp.
Prior to that the car made ~600whp w/o the BAP w/ fuel pressure dropping to ~45psi in one spot. A/F was fine though.

You can minimize bap problems by staying away from the msd bap & by using the racetronix harness which mounts it behind the drivers side wheel well. I dont like the idea of mounting it under the hood with the stock wiring as my fuse holder went on fire 2x.
We are installing the KB BAP with the racetronix harness then gonna dyno it in a few days.

Interesting stuff. I have an 05 C6 and was told that a BAP alone would not readily support 670whp with my stock pump. I am now trying to research the best and most cost effective method to support 520WHP NA and 670WHP on nitrous.

As far as my car was concerned I had Deatschwerks 80lb injectors, cam with bolt ons. N/A it made 590 and on spray with a BAP it made 782 on E85. I don't have any of the logs though unfortunately.
RSI's drop in hat solved my issues that I will be facing up coming and I put the rest of the fuel system together myself.
And I know Carlos from Quality Motorsports car saw over 800 on spray with a stock Z06 pump and a BAP on E85 so there can be power made but how long will it last is the question

I made 800/750 w/ a bap.. All cracked out on meth though.. I dont reccomend it.. There are guys out here making 760 on Ls3's w/ bap.. Its risky though.. All depends on how much meth you want to pump through it.. Without meth, I wouldn't run any more than 625-650
