My 1st pulls with my 112, 3.2 pulley & Kooks 1 7/8" headers, hi-flo cats & LPE Magnuson CAI (~2 years ago), I was at ~493 rwhp. That's with stock cam, heads & LS2.

I'm told s/c's do benefit from the less restrictive off-road pipes, more than N/A applications in getting the exhaust charge out and is good for an additional ~15 hp? (maybe?). I have a off-road pipe yet to be installed due to the possible heavy exhaust smell, but a local tuner says he's confident he can tune the smell out. I plan on giving it a try soon.

And the smaller pulley will help bump up your boost a bit more, so my guess would be ~520 rwhp at approx. 6-8 lbs of boost?

Do you need to retune when ya go from a 3.2 pulley to a 3.0 pulley?

Nice I was hoping to hit around 500 rwhp.

I would recommend it. It aways pays to have your tuner optimize your tune to help squeeze out a few more extra hp/tq.....plus you have it documented.

And jumping from ~338 to almost 500 rwhp was one of those life changing moments! You never forget the first time you go WOT. That's plenty for the street.....beyond that, it's an addiction and will get expensive (cam, clutch, meth, etc....)

Even with ~500 rwhp you will spin 325 rears with no problem. Your gonna have a monster on your hands!

Yours is most likley a mn6,,right?
My Vette makes 566+ on the dyno and thats with an auto tranny, high stall converter, and lower gears!!
If I had a manual tranny,,,my #'s would be well over 600rwhp!

There's a good example of the what the larger 122 case can produce over the 112 in stock trim. I assume it's also LS2?

PLUS....it's an LPE Package.... NICE!!!

Yes sir......LS2 here....only other mod is the Corsa Exhaust....and of course a bit of LPE's tuning magic. The torque out of these Maggies is just REDICULOUS!!!!.....in a good way!

Sorry for the thread jack, but where did you fellas get your Maggies (save for the LPE), and how much did you pay?

I wonder if any vendors are having a "stimulus sale"?

I got mine for $4,200 shipped brand new.... A forum vendor had two left over for the LS2 and had a great deal on an insatalled package deal, but I just needed the kit and had it installed locally.

I would make a post on the for sale section and see if someone is parting with their kit and maybe you could get one used?

If I were getting a blower now, I would opt for the TVS 1900 or 2300 if you can get one for a good price....I saw someone posting about a Kenne Bell for sale used, but not sure what kind of rep he has....

Just be patient, you'll find a good deal...just keep your eyes open.
