Default APS TT- what size turbos?

Do any of you guys know what type of Garrett turbos they use for the C6 APS TT? I need the specs/size, looking to maybe rebuild the turbos.

Thanks, I need to rebuild one of my turbos, have you heard of people putting bigger turbines in them? Would you?

The C6Z kit uses GT-35's.

Yes, I've heard of folks upgrading to the GT-35's for more power.

Depending on the size of your engine, these turbos might be a bit laggy (they aren't on a 427!).

You might be able to get a slightly larger turbine wheel in the T25 housing, but not too much bigger.
Maybe a couple mm, may have to talk to Forced Performance or one of the turbo suppliers to get the scoop.
I'd do it if it were possible, but I have not talked to them yet.
I've dealt with Forced Performance for a set of turbos a few years ago, very knowledgeable, you might want to give them a call, or ATP Turbo, another supplier of Garrett turbos.

So yesterday I went to the muffler shop to get my Z06 exhaust installed, when the guy took off the H-Pipe this spacer (pic below) fell out. This was towards the front of the H-pipe near the manifold/turbo. I'm hoping this piece is not part of the turbo. My car does sound & feel different when I get on boost, not sure if that's the exhaust hitting the car and rattling or turbo turbines rattling.
When at low RPM's or not on boost, the car feels and sounds the same. Scared to get on full boost, but when I do it doesn't feel/sound right, hopefully I'm just being paranoid. What are your thoughts guys?

Spacer desc: diameter smaller than a dime, 3/4 inch thick, copper colored, no oil or residue when found, and there's some chips/nicks on the spacer.





Getting my car on a lift this weekend to start the process of elimination.
1) checking air filter to see if anything made through the turbos from there
2) removing the pipe after the turbos to see if there's any signs...

Hopefully someone knows where this piece may have came from or at least tell me my turbo is not shot.
