The install will start on Monday (lift is tied up with other work till then), but I will for sure post pics during the day each day as we progress! This is the standard Procharger P-1SC-1 Kit with their standard tune which is supposed to yeild just over 700HP on the stock block!

Your shop floor is entirely to clean!

Good luck with the install, if you have any questions feel free to give me a call at Procharger.

you really REALLY need to do a "custom" tune if your goal is 700rwhp on pump...

Thanks everyone The shop floor is a total b***h to keep clean but looks great and is easy to find dropped parts/bolts

As far as the tune, I was talking 700 crank HP... We are going to run the stock tune for a bit untill we decide to do headers then we will custom tune it somewhere!

Hopefully getting started on it today, I'll post updates as soon as we do!

Day 1: Tear Down Begins and ECU is removed and on a UPS truck to be tuned Intercooler is out being anodized black Unfortunatly/fortunatly we got pretty busy and had to stop working on the car at 11:30 but we did make some progress... (and also, my fender covers didn't arrive hence the ghetto towels and painters tape)

So she is sitting outside for a bit since the shop is packed full, hope to do a bit more before the end of the day...

Looks like your putting a GTR hood on your HPF m3 eh? I also have one, should look nice. Ive been thinking about selling my m3 for a c6, might have to take it to your shop for some work when the time comes...

big mistake choosing to not ditch the "canned tune" right out of the gate.

custom is much safer and will make more power. guaranteed. After having a car intermittently run like absolute crap (sometimes would run great, and other times wouldnt rev past 2.5k and was sputtering) on one of those canned tunes....Ill never trust them or load them onto my car for even a second.

Day 2: Went pretty well.. The majority of the time was spent pinning the crank (just a PITA working in tight space) and finishing up the preperations including, installing the new radiator cradle, modifying all the hoses in the engine bay to fit the charger, etc. Basically the next step is installing the S/C bracket and S/C! Here are some photos from today, hopefully the pics tomorrow have a nice shinny charger in them!!

Regards,
Evan

Day 3 (Uploaded on day 4): Intercooler is back and black, supercharger went in, intercooler went in and we started running intercooler piping... We are a bit stuck running the pipe at this point as its really tight, but it was late so we decided to wait untill today to give it another go! Here are some pics:

Here is where we are stuck, any ideas?? I will call procharger (who BTW have been great for little questions, they really know their product, but figured maybe someone on here can answer before they open!)

That spot is tight on all the centri kits. The hose gets compressed between the cradle and sway bar. I would suggest clocking the blower a little so the down tube is at a bit of an angle towards the drivers side just a little where there is more room between the cradle and sway bar.

BTW: You skipped a bunch of pics in that crank pinning process. Made it look like a piece of cake.

I would suggest also rotating the bypass valve so the vacuum fitting is pointing up toward the hood. This will make it easier to run the vacuum line and also your valve won't come in contact with the engine cradle.

(also anyone see a little difference in that valve!?!)

Which way is the belt coming off, toward the motor or toward the radiator? Can you read the numbers on the blower pulley, those should be facing away from the supercharger.
