I've had the APS kit installed for aprox 15k trouble free miles. Also have cam and 3" APS exhaust as well.
Only change I made was installing a better scavenge pump. It seems some, myself included, have had issues/failure with the original pump.
I may be selling my APS TT C6 due to work slowdown.
If you or anyone else is looking for a TT C6 PM me. I would let it go for a really good price unless things pick-up in the next couple months.
(Although not on my vette) I ran one of there custom made kits on my 3000GT last year. Great quality, great service, great numbers (9.83 1/4 out of a V6)
Doesnt STS stand for Sh**Ty Turbo Systems i think that sums up ur question right there..

I have owned an APS kit on my 02z and its a great kit.. but i do not think the STS is all that bad.. i mean Stealth 99 runs a single big *** turbo 91mm? and runs 8's at 158mph with a rear mount turbo.. so that whole theory of turbos being in the back is BS.....

It all depends on how it is set up.
That STS dyno chart a few posts up seems to make pretty good low end torque, and that is a mild kit.
well, we sell them all, yet i have a sts kit on my own personal car and i love it! IDK what you all are talking about with turbo lag, it isnt anymore than any other turbo car......yea if you have headers and dont wrap them you will get a little more lag, but with the stock manifolds or warped exhaust there is no more lag than any other kit. plus we are on LOW boost and just made 88*+ HP out of the kit 12 PSI. i sell and love the STS kits and they have great customer service also! but to each his own...i would say i will put up our STS vette against any other turbo car out there in a straight line....

Going to have to disagree with you on that one. Yes they can make power and be fast but compared to a traditional system they certainly have much slower transient response.
With a TTi or APS there is instant part throttle boost. I have never driven a rear mount car that I can say the same for.
Easy to feel on the road, or when comparing a data log from any traditional turbo system to rear mount.
