Fuel pressure gauge reading?
I'm not very knowledgeable in this area so please forgive me if it sounds like a silly question.
I have noticed that the fuel pressure reading has dropped from 60 psi to 56 psi. Is this a bad sign or just something normal?

Long time no see, hope you are well. I had the same issue, it turned out to be a bad guage. Had it replaced and reading went back to 61.

Keep an eye on it, it might be signs of things to come, but voltage to the pump can cause it to fluctuate as can a few other things. 
Anything lower than that and I would look into it.
