Question on a Meth Install
I'm in the process of fabricating new intake plumbing for my YSI SC'd ZO6. How far from the meth injector nozzles does the IAT sensor need to be to get an accurate reading from the meth being fully vaporized? Ideally, I would mount the IAT sensor in the intake manifold, but I don't want to drill and tap it and I'm not sure there is a thick enough place to tap anyways. Looking at the 4" aluminum tubing I'm using, it looks like I can get about 6 inches of spacing between the nozzles and the temp sensor. Is this enough?
