I have a local guy here that works on nothing but corvettes and prides his work on his safe tune and proprietary fueling technology. They are getting aboout 575rwhp on a C6 Z06 with 4 pounds of boost, with "no leaning out at the top end and peak hp achieved at 6200 rpm." Would you say these numbers are low, average or high at 4 pounds of boost? This is with a procharger and long tube headers, but otherwise stock.
Thanks!

Seems to be about average. We have seen similair numbers. You can deff get more power though and still be safe. You are not far from me so let me know if i can help you out with anything.
these numbers seem low, but you have to consider the limitations of the ls-7. with the short piston skirts of cast material and other lightweight components, it is not ment for much boost. with an ls2/3 you could run 9si with as much safety margin as an ls-7 with 4-5 psi.
you will have to forge it if you want to make big power and run higher boost.
