1. What is the best way to route the line from the bottle to the engine bay?
2. What is the best way to route the wires from the switches/controllers to the engine bay?
3. What is the best way to wire up a heater, and run the lines from a switch in the ashtray to the heater? Location of relay?
4. If using a HSW Microedge controller, where is the best place to mount it? (im thinking glovebox)

1. What is the best way to route the line from the bottle to the engine bay?
In my C5, I ran it under the carpet behind the pass. seat, then under the plastic door jam, and through the firewall into the battery area to the solenoids. This way was very easy for me.
2. What is the best way to route the wires from the switches/controllers to the engine bay?
Through the back of the radio area, and out the same hole in the firewall as the aforementioned nitrous feed line.
3. What is the best way to wire up a heater, and run the lines from a switch in the ashtray to the heater? Location of relay?
Wire it to a relay, and I actually had room under my center radio bezel to hide the relay. Wire the heater like you would any other accessory through a relay.
