I am thinking of having a supercharger installed on my 2010 Grand Sport. I have looked into Callaway systems and am considering all options.
Mike Yeager at East Cost was extremely helpful in discussing options that are out there. I just wanted to find out your thoughts?
He recommended a Vortech (followed by some letters ) but mentioned the A&A and others as well. His recomendations were against the Magnacharger due to changing out the hood as necessary?
The car is a toy, but will never be tracked, and driven about 10K per year. I like the idea of unique cars and have always wanted to "play with a corvette".
ECS and A&A both have great kits, and arguably the best reputations in the greater Corvette community. I'd call either or both, and also request a recommendation from them for a local installer/tuner. Please note that not all installer/tuners are cast from the same mold. Your best bet would be to have A&A or ECS handle the sale and install as well, but it looks like proximity may be an issue for you. Both companies are forum sponsors, and they are owned and operated by consummate professionals.
Welcome to the club.

Steve,
I hope as you continue your research, you will continue to see our SC606 TVS-based SuperCharger package is unparalleled. For proven, reliable, and warrantied power, we build seriously fast cars, period.
Hi Steve and Welcome to the forum. Dont count out the TVS blowers as they work very well and produce nice low end power. We also manufacturer our own kit as well. Where are you located in the country? That was we can suggest a good installer for you to work with..
Steve,
Hi, Jim here, I dont have a loyalty to any of the builders here. I bought a 09 Callaway from Performance Chevrolet in Sacramento, Ca. I traded a 07 400hp C6 and a 07 TBSS in on it. The Callaway is unreal! Fast and furious best discribes what is under your right foot! Unreal smooth power with just a tap of the pedal and of course the blower whine is sweet too! I drag raced a 9 second 67 Firebird for many years and love to go fast, this car is a blast and replacement hood is cool too, wish it was a bit taller in the center. A throw back to drag racing I guess. Good luck with your choice!
