Default ECS = Exceptional Customer Service

Had suspension upgrades along with SC done in fall...They got me right in before a show and changed the whole feel of the ride, and gave it all the power I wanted...The other day, while in my DD, I had some issues with my coilovers...They took care of the problem right away replacing the coilovers so I could continue to drive the car...Their relationship with Pfadt and their service is what separates them from the rest...Pfadt stepped up and took care of the coilovers and all is well again...
In these tough days of business, a lot of companies sell the same products...The prices are very similar too, so the only way to continue to develop new business and retain the old ones is to have the best service you can...Kudos to ECS and the guys that continually go above and beyond for their customers...
Thanks again guys,
Scott McKay

I can honestly say I've never heard a single person say one negative thing about ECS.... That's rare!

I didn't get a Tshirt or breather in my SC600 package!

Not complaining though....not the slightest bit. I'm thoroughly pleased with my ECS setup!

My only complaint is that I'll be going through rear tires much faster.

I was thinking they need to cut a deal with a preferred tire manufacturer and put us all on payment plans.
