Default New Vortech kit install results
Just purchased a 2006 with 4200 miles, my first Corvette.

D&B Performance in Rogers, Minnesota installed a Vortech 7psi kit.

Before: 462 rwhp at 6600rpm
After: 628 rwhp at 6600rpm

Wow.

"Before" power was good too. What were the mods pre 'charger?

Kinda looks like Z06 #s especially with only 7psi.

I was thinking an LS2 with healthy wide LSA cam, LT's, and good exhaust. Numbers support your speculation though.

Whoops, yes is a Z06.
No mods before the Vortech.

Has a slight "burnt rubber smell", I assume this is due to the new
rubber parts, should go away, right?
