I'm going to be cleaning my engine bay next weekend and I wanted to know if anyone had advice regarding cleaning up the head unit. I have an unfinished novi sl1500 and it's gotten pretty dirty. Just soapy water?
I use a power washer to get in the grooves behind the pulley, works awesome, then a quick shine!!
I wouldnt be so confident in that unless ur 4 feet away and even then it can get into the electrical connections and even oil seals if its over done. Be careful! I just use some good ole mothers and it gleams!
What the hell is bling master? ill try it if it works but am hesitant when its named using Ebonics.
Blingmaster does sound a little goofy but it is amazing stuff. It's consistency of water and the ease of use with result is simple and superior compared to any alumnium polish. A friend has a 70 Camaro and tried everything possible to polish some tarnished alumnium under the hood with no luck. In 10 mins he was shocked with what I did with Blingmaster. I get it at St Petes Auto Aids. Here's the link. http://www.detailsupplyonline.com/ Scroll down the front page bottom left.
