Because it only comes on in boost and has an adjustable ramp rate there is no calculation. It all depends on your right foot. Having said that I'd say I go through a windshield washer tank for every 3-4 fill ups.

I agree that it depends on your right foot. Filling up meth is infrequent enough that it is really not an inconvenience....especially when compared to the upsides you get. It probably takes me 2 minutes per month to refill.
