So far I have less than 5000 miles on the car and less that 1000 miles on E-Force. And I have went through the stock tires and a set on NT05. But Dammm it has been fun lol:: crazy:
I was going to try the PS2 but I might try the NT05R. For you guys running the NT05R on rear. What do you run on the front?
Hey....I've never been to the track so please excuse my ignorance.....you said your tires at 19psi were sticking at the track.....I guess it's different on the public roads hunh?
I got my stall installed and I no longer have traction from a stand still. I still have great traction for downshifting from 5th to 2nd gears though! And it now really feels like a rocketship, when I do that.
I'm probably going to do the "traction monster" mod.
From what I hear going to a 18x11" with Mickey Thompsons on the rear should give me plenty of grip on the public roads....even if I keep adding more h.p.
I don't know if the tractionmonster mod would work on the GS/Z06 setup though...but it's something you might want to look into.
If I can get the traction monster mod done properly and stick to the roads from a get-go....my car would really be flying then!!!!

When I went to the track 26lbs was good till the sun went down and the track lost its heat. After the sun went down 19lbs worked great. On the road 1st gear is worthless. Second gear is good though. I dont know anything about traction monster. I will have to look into it.
If your not doing anything tomorrow I am going to the autocross at the
Brooksville airport.
Do they ever do any drag racing at that airport? I might be interested in doing that someday.
No but we go to sunshine dragstrip on some wednesday nights. It is 1/8 mile. I may be going to Bradenton next thursday night.
I only go on test and tune nights because I go to fast to race without a roll bar
When I run NT05R's on the rear, I run Invos on the front. The NT05R's are a decent tire, however 18in Mickey Thompson DR's are much better, but they are both much better than any other current choices in 19in and 18in...

I run Pilots on the front with 315/20 NTO5R's on the rear. I keep the rears at 25lbs on the street and do not drag the car. I prefer 40 to 60 rolls in Mexico and the Nittos hook ok, when it is under 65 degrees out they spin to 100mph. 900whp, I am going to 18's with MT drags next week. Good luck.
Well, Friday I put a pair of PS2 zp on the front. Saturday I went to the autocross. Well a long story short I need new front tires again The PS2 zp are not made for autocross
