Default LS2 procharger ??

I have a procharger setup on my '06. Recently ran on dyno and came up with 477RWHP. Very conservative setup. Want to know where I can go from here with stock motor?
pulley has stamped 4.63 on it.

What will this motor/fuel system support safely ?

Thanks in advance.

FYI, I have searched and read and found a lot of old posts. Looking for some current examples/information. Thanks.

You should be well over 500 RWHP easy. What was the boost at redline, final timing and AFR?

We just ran as a baseline. A/F was 11.2, don't know timing or boost. A full tune is next. #'s were below my expectations and wanted some ideas on where to go from here. Sorry for the lack of information.

A 4.10 pulley should put you close to 10psi w/meth you should realistically be around 560whp+ if you have headers.

My 05 a4 put down 552 rwhp with a 4.25 pulley which is about 9lbs. I have headers and a dallas perfromance air intake. You will need more fuel both larger injectors and a bigger fuel pump or boost a pump. I put a z06 pump in mine and it is sill loosing fuel pressure above 6300 rpm. Your current set up should be about 500 ish give or take hp with a good tune.

I stepped down to a 4.25" pulley on mine with 42 lb/hr injectors and a stock pump. My injectors are at 98% now. Needless to say I need a little more fuel. My car made 505 on a dynojet that is notoriously stingy. If I were you I would get some 60 lb/hr injectors a BAP or fuel pump and pulley down to at least 4.25 maybe a little smaller and get a tune. Go ahead and add a 2 bar map sensor while you are at it. The factory GM unit from the cobalt SS is a direct plug in.

Just drop it off at Dallas Performance. They will fix you up. They managed to squeeze 700 out of my stock LS2 block with a D1SC, Cam, Headers and Meth
