Just wondering if GM installs superchargers? I was at a local used car dealer and he was showing me a 2005 vert with a procharger all installed by GM when the car was bought. I do not have many details but was wondering if they would partake in such of an event.

No GM doesn't. That's not true. A dealer might have installed a procharger for a customer after he purchased it. Only one GM does is on the ZR1 and CTS-V
I misspoke, he said the dealer installed ALL the mods to the engine-- I was not sure if a dealer would install SC. If so, is it any better to have them do it?

No I would go to a shop that deals in FI. Most dealers can barely change the oil in a vette. I wouldn't let a dealer install a SC unless I knew the tech that was doing it was very good with FI. Its all in the tune. If the tune is wrong you will destroy the engine in 10 minutes. I'm sure that are some dealers that can install them and do a good job but they are few and far between.
I would guess that the SC install was sub-out to a local SC Specialty shop.
I bought my 05 with a "Dealer Installed" Custom Stainless Steel Cat-Back exhaust. I found out later that the CAT-Back was built and installed by a Local Performance shop.
The Shop Owner told me that he had done about 5 Vettes for the Dealer.
