Default pcv question for procharger

on a c6 z06 factory procharger set up, is it safe to take the pcv tube out from entering the air filter? If this pcv tube is vented to the atmosphere, does it ever have vacuum that could potentially suck up particles? I have no room to put a filter on the end of this line. At idle I can notice little puffs of air gas coming from this tube if i disconnect it from the air filter and hold it in my hand, but I am not sure if vacuum forms at WOT, shifting etc...

I notice a good amount of oil spitting into the intake from this set up.

In theory, if no vacuum is ever present in this tube, it can vent to the atmosphere with no filter on the end of it and have no risk of sucking something up...?

(Yes i know about catch cans so please dont reply with a catch can conclusion)

Venting to atmosphere will not hurt anything, however you are losing the small amount of vacuum that the inlet of the blower introduces. Crankcase vacuum is a necessary part of engine performance.

what about blowby going to my MAF, it messed up my fuel trims horribly.. and always effected my tune randomly.. Do you have any thoughts on this? This is such a pain in the rear question to for me and seemingly everyone else that thinks about it..
