I just had my tune re-checked after installing LS7 exhaust manifolds and cats by Andy at A&A Corvette. The car produced 560 RWHP but the injector duty cycle was at 118%. NOT GOOD! Timing was backed off to 12 degrees and the injector duty cycle came down to 108%. Still not good. Will be putting 60 lb. bar 3 injectors in as the Edelbrock injectors are unless ( car is stock other than exhaust and 3.5 pulley ). The other thing in Kalifornia we are now using a “SUMMER BLEND” gasoline with ethanol. So, like Moterhead-47 stated in his reply he also upgraded his injectors. I think this would be a must for anyone not staying with the supplied “canned tune”, modifying the motor or driving in an area that requires you to use an ethanol blended fuel. To avoid the BIG

Must be something else going on imo.... and perhaps it's that "summer blend". That would sure be something for folks to keep and eye on when running boost...
