Well after almost 4 months downtime it's starting to get put back together. Fuel system is now in the car and motor is almost finished. Here is a sneak preview. I'll update more as I get them.

Nice intake manifold. Looks like what Dallas Performance used on their 1250hp twin turbo vette.

It been awhlie seen the last time I seen you at the GTG at CCC now I know why.... Sorry to hear about the mishap, but it looks as if you are well on your way with a new build that may have enought power to get you to just about any planet you wish to go to and in record time...

What kind of numbers are you look for?

BTW Looks Great... DP as always, does a Great Job

A similiar build Taylor did put out over 1300rwhp before they ran out of fuel but I took care of the fuel issue. I will probably have it set around 1150-1200 rwhp. i don't want to blow it up in a few miles. LOL

Yeah it's been down since January and I moved to the Houston area. It will put out more than I really need but will probably restrict it to around 1150 -1200 unless I get beat then I'll turn it up. On full boost it should do close to 1400rwhp.

Yes it will be a sick street car. It's just a toy but is still 100% streetable, AC, heated seats, nav etc....

Your engine pictures are pure car ****. I remember seeing my engine build at your stage while at ECS' shop and getting instantly impatient for the completion! Super stout build you have my friend and you're being assisted by among the best

Funny you mention streetable, AC, heated seats, etc. I was driving home from work tonight in my car (approx. 1100 rwhp / 970 rwtq), stuck in stop and go traffic, and came on a C5 convertible. I shot the bull with the gentleman in the C5 for a few minutes as we each inched forward. He heard the whine of my YSi, the lope of my cam, looked down at my ET Streets and ask what the hell I'd done with my car. Stories shared, fun had, and I drove off marveling at what the top notch Vette shops have done to make our cars insanely powerful, but at the same time driveable. Those two concepts should conflict, but they don't. Such fun!

Enjoy the **** out of your car and drive it as much as you can. Man-therapy at its best.

John

Wow, didn't know that the F2 could reach that power level. I thought that was only reserved for turbo setups. I will be expecting to see your car in the TX2K12 videos
