Kooks 2inch primaries. I run this header on mine fits perfect, as there is not much room for 2inch...

I doubt you are going to see 20psi with an F1R on 500ci. An F1r is not enough to feed 6L let alone 8.2. I would highly recommend you drop a line into Dallas Performance about their F2 system. Regarding headers, I would ask that question to the tech's at KOOKS or American Headers. With high boost and 500ci, you are probably going to need more like 2-1/8" primary custom headers with that kind of power.

Minimum of a 2" collector with a 500ci motor.

When I 1st heard about this setup I said the same thing but I dynoed the car myself 19psi all the way to 6300rpm the car made 851rwhp @4900rpm and then the power falls like a rock @6400rpm the car made 550rwhp the car made 1080rwhp with 200shot which very very low for the setup.

I already talked to Taylor about the F2 System I also told the owner that F1R is extremly small for those 500ci and can't feed it but he wouldnt listen...

Also the owner is not sure about the CI of the engine last week he told me its 481ci .

He's also running the car with on the stock MAF.

here is the dyno graph I like the mid range
