Default Cooling mist methanol injection kit

If your going to run boost you should do it the safest way possible.

The all new VC2 System X is different from all other controllers on the market. This kit will inject progressively based on either Boost or MAF (Frequency). The Camaro/Corvette kit is $650

This system has a state of the art failsafe that will detect problems within the system and alert you. The failsafe will detect things like air in the line, hose disconnected, injector clogged, filter clogging, pump failure, solenoid failure, pump turning on when it should not, wiring problems, low fluid level, over flow situations and more. It will alert you on the screen when a problem has occured. The best part, the failsafe will setup and learn automatically. It also has an output that can be used to turn something on or off during a failure. This kit comes with our high pressure 200+ PSI pump, 52 MM CMGS gauge controller, 1 gallon tank, stainless steel solenoid and is complete with our super atomizing nozzle.

Most of you will be fine with a single nozzle. If you have alot of power or are running to the edge or need to have alot more flow you can choose our staging options from the drop down box. The diagrams for those options are shown in the PDF. The single pump 2 stage system will have 2 nozzles. The dual pump 2 stage system will have 2 pumps and 2 nozzles.

If you want the easiest progressive system with the most robust failsafe available, you just found it.

Two questions:

What is the role of the solenoid?

How is the system measuring flow?

Are any performance shops using/testing this kit yet? I like the idea of extra failsafes.

progressive CMGS system X controls the pump to change flow, solenoid is open/closed. Flow increases as boost does (or MAF).

Yes there are other systems out there this one is progressive and learns though.. not sure about the others.....

Is that a boost gauge in the picture? Does it come with kit?

Yes and Yes

The CMGS is the only all in one boost gauge, progressive controller on the market. For MIN and MAX boost as well as boost display is from 1 to 30 in .1 increments. We have a 1 to 100 psi version in 1 PSI increments for high boost vehicles available as well. This controller is all CNC machine 2 and 1/16 gauge, its anodized with your choice of silver or black. You can display the boost in PSI or BAR. The display will display an error code when your system is not working correct. This is all automatic with no need to setup. There is a failsafe wire you can use to turn on/off any device during a failure if you want as well

Yea I know the controller manages the pulse width of the pump but I dont understand how the failsafe is able to detect "air in the line, hose disconnected, injector clogged, filter clogging, pump failure, solenoid failure, pump turning on when it should not, wiring problems". I dont' see anything measuing the flow.

The FSB is include in this kit and just like our CMGS controller is manufactured in the USA by Coolingmist. This failsafe is easy to install and with the cmgs will learn how your system works and log your system params from 25% to 100% dutycycle. Any problem such as over flow, low flow, pump failure, low fluid level, closed solenoid, clog, removed hose or just about anything you can think of will be detected by this kit and the best part its all automatic.

Can you run 100% meth with this system? Can you get stainless steel lines as an upgrade?

Its a proprietary design so I cant disect it for you. It works as advertised.

here is a video.

and yes, you can run 100% meth.

Yes we can upgrade the line to a ss braided line, but they use the clear hose for a reason..

What's the reason? (Alky controls consider one of the best use SS lines)
