Thanks, i will reach out. Is it OEM clearance on the pulley? Some of the aftermarket pulleys extend a little beyond OEM interfering with my A&A kit.
Thanks again

The oem pressed on harmonic ballancer is a ticking time bomb IMHO. What I and others have done is purchase an aftermarket pulley, pin the crank, and never worry about it again.
Powerbond makes a very nice pully/harmonic ballancer in the stock size (7.4" I believe) if you dont want to run an underdrive pulley. Powerbond pulleys run very true and cost about $180 which is worth every penny for the quality.
I have a Lingenfelter crank pinning kit (used once a couple weeks ago) in perfect condition for $75 (purchased from lingenfelter for $135 w shipping).
If your pulley is loose or loosens and backs out, you are screwed in a major way.
Edit: I just reread post and noticed you have A&A S/C. You have an upgraded/pinned pulley thats wobbling I assume?

If the rubber damper part of the pulley starts to come apart it can wobble.

Called Speed Inc. and they recommended a Professional Products 90033 - Professional Products PowerForce Plus Harmonic Damper. (Thanks Doug06C6)
They use them on their own builds. Had it installed last week. Motor sounds a lot better.
And yes, the A&A kit uses the stock damper. Thanks for all your help.

I have heard of a few doing this. I had a powerbond on my last setup, but now I had a double pinned stock balancer. Hasn't given me an issue at the power I'm running. I tried an IW 8 rib balancer, but it was machined incorrectly and tossed belts, so I went back to a stock one.

a few? how about a ton! they're all POS!
bought my 06 with 29k miles, by 36k it was wobbling. I replaced it with a brand new oem one, within 1k miles that one started wobbling as well.
replaced that with an ATI for $450....i'll never have to worry about it again. for the peace of mind, i didn't mind shelling out for it. F the OEM pulley.

I bought the 80033 for my new build. It's not an SFI balancer but I just wanted a cheap alternative to the junk stock balancer. Haven't used it yet though. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/PFS-80033/

I may go ahead a scoop one of those up. I guess it's not a huge deal if it's not SFI rated for what I use my car for...as long as it's not made to any less standards. It will cost me about $65 after I subtract what I have left over from a gift card.
