I'd shoot for Injector Dynamics if you want supeb fuel control and cylinder to cylinder consistency. Just don't be shocked when you see what they cost. There's a reason they cost that though.
PM me if you have any questions. I happen to know a good bit about injectors.
go with the ID1000's, im on e85, make almost 800whp. i think those twin walbro's will be hurting though,, maybe twin aeromotive 340's or add a 40amp BAP..
Depends on your RWHP goal... as mentioned "ID" is the way to go, I run ID2000's and the car carburates flawlessly... Idle, cruise, tip in, WFO, all are spot on. Most important is to make damn sure you use a tuner that has extensive LS2+E85+FI experience... <<<is a MUST...
You are making some very good combination decisions, however as mentioned the tiwn Walbros may not meet your needs if you turn up the wick...
I dont really have a HP goal i just want to try to get what i can out of the car and it be middle of the pack on the street and run 10's. I will use AA's Stage 2 blower cam with the TTrim, 7/8s headers, 3" exhaust and the car is going to have a Century 6l80 with a 3200 stall and Z06 3.42 rear/axles so i know that will have a different outcome than if the car had a 6spd. I really dont know what this combo will make but i doubt ill go for any more.
I run ID2000 and I like them alot. I have a LS2, YSI, twin deatschwerks fuel pumps and on E85 at 750rwhp I'm at a 50% injector duty cycle. I hate to buy cars parts twice so just went ahead and got the biggest I could for now, the price from ID1000 to ID2000 was not that big of a jump if I remember correctly. Give a few shops a call and see what you can get them for.
The price jump from ID1000s to ID2000s is over 100%. Lol. Retail on ID1000s is $904 and ID2000s are $1919.60.
lol I'm sure suggested retail price is, I called a few shops when I got mine and NONE of them was near 2K for ID2000. Maybe I just got a good deal because I was getting a few more parts at the same time, but I paid around $1,400 for my new in the box ID2000.
-Edit, I was just going through my old e-mails and I was asking about ID1600 vs ID2000, so their might be a bigger jump from ID1000 to ID2000.

Who did you buy from? Shops aren't supposed to sell them below retail.
The 1600 was very close in price point to the 2000 but the 1600 was discontinued due to a flaw in Bosch's injector.
