Default Procharger?

Hi guys, finally made a decision to super charge my 06Z and just reading thru the post on here it seems like there is not very many people running procharger? Any reason for this? Im not trying to start a "mine is better than yours thread" but I always thought procharger was top notch. Any opinions, recomendations or anything else is welcome. Thanks

You're not that far from Dallas Performance, if you want the best you should consider one of their kits with the procharger head unit. You get what you pay for = their kit is superior to all others... That's why I choose to use their products and services...

I'm looking for a supercharger for my '06 Z51, and I have the same question concerning Procharger.

Procharger headunits are rock solid.

Find yourself a good kit and get after it.

There are only a few supercharger centri kits which can be checked by one hand and I believe Procharger is one of the best kit for a vette, when I first bought my in 2002 Procharger was the only company offered a complete kit for the C5 vettes.

Today there are soo many trying to make money through the vette guys (who they charged the most for everything ) are now taking different manufacturing product and calling it their name kit, some shop take the Paxton, Procharger or a Vortek kit and call it their kit with a few upgraded parts.
OP you will not regret buying a procharger kit and they also have the latest improve bracket, the Flip Drive/ Direct drive was and is a very important aftermarket improvement which Procharger nor any of their competetor has offered and is required for optimum performance.
This thread can even open a can of worms with some of the blood thirsty money hungry tuners who take some parts, throw it together, install it on a few cars and call it their kit, because it work on a vette.
The same kit with just a difference of the bracket, can be seen selling for Fords and Hemis for led
Op Procharger iz

I run a procharger d1sc and like it.

They don't really advertise or have a big presence on the forum I don't think, so you typically hear about other kits that use different head units and other parts.

True they don't advertise on the forum but some vendors are dealers for them.

On my 2nd Procharger here, first one used on the old Camaro and now one on the Vette. Love their stuff and they have been helpful with answering any questions.

We are here trust me. We read every thread and see all the good and bad people have to say about Procharger, whether it is our kit or a modified kit that a speed shop has produced by themselves.

That being said, we rely on our dealers to get cars on the road and they rely on us to make a product that is "out of the box" superior to anything else. Our dealers have a very strong presence on Corvette Forum and they stand behind us in every way. So we let them do the talking.

We listen, so please keep up all the feedback, good, bad, or ugly!

Ljo, anyone you recommend in the Phoenix area or So-Cal?

Kicking around something but the high heat in AZ concerns me a little.

My tuner said my kit should ship out next Friday because they are waiting on the brackets to finish being polished. As long as it is on the car before March 14th I'll be very happy. OP what head unit are you looking at?
