Hi I have eforce blower and headers with 550 on rear wheels as dyno tested however I can only get 12.8 on 1/ mile run
psi 24
nto 5 drag radials
5000 feet above sea level
Car tuned for 93 octane as that is the fuel we only have here
I can get 100 octane aviation fuel(avgas) but have not used it
I am launching at just under 2000 rpm and not sure what I am doing wrong
Launch control has been deactivated not working so I take traction control off
I was thinking of taking out cats and putting in short shift kit as slow changing is also slowing things down and maybe i need to change the differential
Will the tune for 93 octane cause a radical change on power if i retune to 100 octane
Thnks

I actually di not go get my slip i was bit upset so left early
the track has avery bad launch pad bit stony like marbles but yes im slow off the line, i will try with lowering thepsi next time, is it worth getting a short shift kit and gear change in the rear end
What about a shot of NOS is that safe to do with tha much power on the standard motor
Thanks for your input

The following post pretty much sums up this genuine azzhat.....not worth the keystrokes to even engage him in conversation.

And try to take things personal!
Plenty of others pointed out the same thing!
News Flash ! 119 to 124 is not fast for a F/I C-6! The "out of the box" kit falls short of the A&A kit!
Your the REAL AZZ HAT!

Your 12.8 would be mid elevens at sealevel. Hard to compare times.
Poor track prep hurts too!

Damnit, the link for Rock n Blue being a clown is not working. Does anyone have a screenshot? He was bashing another member who was just getting some seat time with his new cam-only car in another thread with which I was engaged.

Yours?
I take it you don't have an E-Force C6 and have some encouraging words to proffer the op.
Shame you're so far away as I'd really enjoy waxing that smug smile right off your face on the road course or drag strip. After beating you I'd say something equally helpful as you - I've never seen a car run that slow.

I rather have it and extra 50k in the bank!
