Default Eforce injectors

I cant seem to find the info I'm looking for....

Am I right in thinking that the LS2 eforce uses LS3 injector size. If I wanted to change them I buy for an LS3?

Thanks

I'm assuming he was asking about injector length?

Yes. I knew they are 52lbs. I was looking at ID 850's. They don't list for LS2's but I thought I read somewhere the eforce uses LS3 style.

I believe you are correct. LS3 size AKA stubs! ID850s are the bee's knees for 34mm injectors. They flow 96 lb/hr at 58psi.

I'm using Edelbrocks 60's that are made for the LS2 E-force(not the LS7's). They are defiantly short.
I just had it tuned today and @ 500rwhp they were at 70% duty cycle.
Are you planning on going bigger already?

Not sure yet. Still playing with the idea of trying the 3.25 pulley. I'm at 90% on the 52's. That's at full throttle and 570rwhp. 60s would do it but if I change I'll go bigger with the future in mind.

If you have an LS2, check if you have spacers on them, that will tell you what kind of injectors you are running. If they have spacers on the top, then you're most likely running LS3 shorty injectors.

I'm running a 3.25 pulley with #80 injectors on my LS2. It's pushing about #9 of boost. Are you an A6?

You can adapters, or spacers to make just about any injector work on NA, centri, or stock manifold setups. I'm not sure if this will apply to the eforce kit, but we have worked with these quite a bit on my different setups. You might want to look in to this.

Yes, an A6. How is the 3.25 working out. What power are you making at 9 lbs ? Is that 9 max or do you get a spike right at the last couple of hundred rpm. That is the only thing that worries me.

567 hp / 556 trq at the rear wheels on a dynojet. So far it seems like it's working out OK. 9 is what I'm seeing on my guages. I don't know if it spikes near the redline. My car has been out of commission long enough due to other issues that I don't want to push it. I'm running Siemens Deka fuel injectors.

OHOH. not issues related to that setup I hope. I make similar power and have had no issues at all so far. Makes me just want to leave it alone sometimes.

You'll need to run the short LS3 injectors to use the Edelbrock fuel rail. I ran 65lb FAST injectors with the 3.25" pulley for over a year with no issues at >600rwhp.

No no not due to this setup. I think we've all been there. We mod the car to the point that you almost regret it. I changed too much at the same time and started having issues, couple that with an intermittent coil and push rods that were one size too large. The car started getting worse and worse over time, and getting it figured out was a pain in the ***. So far when I got the car back it's been running quite well.

I went with the #80 injectors because my tuiner had them in stock and they were the same cost as the smaller injectors
