Installing 100mm MAF

Installing 100mm MAF
So I finally have my 100mm MAF setup coming in to accomodate my blower....finally.
Will I be able to install this in my garage and limp it to my tuner (about 8-10 miles away) or will it be totally fracked up until it gets dialed in a bit?

going from a stock ls2 maf to a 100mm maf? will not run with it plugged in.
you could install it, but NOT plug it in and the pcm will run on the VE table, and you can limp to the tuner, if you hit boost, your car will shut off/REP mode

I wouldn't install the 100mm until you get to the tuner. I had the same situation two weeks ago. I drove to the tuner with the stock MAF and installed the new one at the shop. I was feeling risky enough to put in E85 with larger injectors ahead of time, but not the larger MAF, that is a huge change in airflow calculation.
It only takes a bit to install, why risk it?
