The stock D1SC with # 12 pulley. What problem have you had with this unit ? What upgrades would you recommend ? Thanks
there is no such thing as a 12# pully.. each pully will make differnt boost based on your motor/charge pipe/heads/intercooler/restriction in the air path.
maybe if you give a few more details you will get better answeres..

Here are the specs, this is not my car but one I'm looking into buying. Car will not be a track car at all more of daily driver fun car. Reliability is more important than RWHP.
Pulley is stock which is the 4.75"
Made 676rwhp and 616tq. TO THE WHEELs
ECS alky methanol injection
Dewitts radiator
Kooks stainless steel long tube headers and x-pipe with high flow cats
B and B bullet cat-back exhaust. Full 3" exhaust from headers back.

I have the same size pulley on my car but no meth and I have a blower cam. It makes 7lbs so I figure that car should be making around 8-10lbs.

I had a similar setup on my car, D1SC with 4.25" pulley, Dual Nozzle Alky Control Meth, Dallas Performance Blower Cam, American Racing Headers, catted x-pipe and corsa exhaust which made 698 rwhp. I drove it with no issues for 2 years, only maintainence was changing the oil and the spark plugs. If the car is setup right you shouldn't have any issues.

That sounds like a reliable combo. I run the 4.75" on a D1SC with a 4" intake (picked up ~2psi from less restriction) and my car makes 630whp at ~10psi with no meth and z06 manifolds/NPP exhaust.
I'd guess that car makes ~8psi and that's a strong HP number for the seutp. I'd check the meth tune to make sure it's not meth dependant, but that's all I would worry about.
