might just need to be burped one more time. search for it. it is super easy to do. it will go over the 160 thermo. mine has no boost yet but coolant stays approx 175 hwy 220 stop and go. give your installer a call, im sure they will do it or tell you how to do it.

ECS and cam I see 185-215 depending on traffic. AC on it will hit 225ish.

YSi, cam, DeWitts, 180 stat and I saw up to 235 at a standstill on a freeway where the temp read 115 outside in mi-June here in Houston. Normal when on the highway on 100 degree days I see no more than 215/220 and at night when ONLY 90 out I see no more than 195. Before the YSi on the stock Z51 rad, the worst I saw was 220 once on a 110+ day at a standstill on the freeway. Normal was 190 no matter what. With the YSi the intercooler blocks the rad IMO.

Vortech with stock z51 radiator and thermostat. 205 playing nice in traffic ~100*
Was significantly higher but I adjusted the fan temps and huge difference. I did just get a dewitts and 180 stat so hopefully I can get on it some more and it will keep temps down.

Last week it was 111* here. I'm sure it was 125* coming off the street. I saw 198 coolant and 205 oil temps running 70 mph with the ac on max. Ron Davis radiator, Meziere EWP, Oil Cooler, 160 t'stat. ProCharged 550 rwhp. In traffic it ran about 5* cooler. My car always runs cooler in traffic. I suspect it is because the EWP is pushing coolant at a constant 55 gph.
