Default Ideas for my base!

Ok so as the title says I'm running a base '08 6.2L
So I plan on installing the Vararam Snake Charmer, LG Street Series 1-3/4" Long Tube Headers, and an axle-back Corsa Sport Exhaust.

A) Drop a supercharger on the 6.2 and call it good
B) Do the above and throw in a cam
C) Take the engine out and have it bored into a 7.0 and call it good
D) Do the above and throw in a cam
E) Bore it into the 7.0 throw in a cam and drop a super on it

So! Options A and B are simple enough but as for turning it into a 7.0 I was wondering if: anyone else has done this, was it successful, can the engine handle it, and will a 7.0 super fit on a 6.2 engine that has been bored out to a 7.0?

Note: May go with the 1-7/8" instead
Note: Will most likely use a Whipple or Edelbrock… maybe Magna…
Note: Going to have it all installed at the same time so I only have to drive with it all lean or high once straight to the dyno and get her tuned

Any help with this would be great because I'm not sure what to do from here.

Do more research. Can't bore a 6.2L to 7.0L without sleeving it.

I would skip the snake charmer, get 1 7/8" headers, and add a blower. ECS Novi kit, 1 7/8" headers, and then save for meth/cam/clutch.

100%. ECS Novi 1500 kit, cam, meth, headers and you have 700rwhp.

Supercharger and be done with it. Even without any of the other goodies, it's a lot of bang for the buck.

1 7/8" Headers, and a blower. Do a blower cam after that. You won't be disappointed!

A lot of great ideas here. Just two questions...

If I get a blower shouldn't I get 1-7/8 headers and street exhaust for max flow?

Also, what is meth? Still learning over here lol.

Bro we are all meth heads. Join the club. And its legal if you have a vette.

Ready for the next level in your supercharging experience? ECS Alky Control Systems are designed for reliable, safe and proven fuel delivery.

Methanol is a highly effective addition to your supercharged car for a number of reasons. First and foremost, Methanol injection is a highly efficient chemical intercooler. By injecting methanol into the inlet of a supercharged car, intake air temperatures (IAT’s) can be reduced by more than 80% (depending on ambient air temperatures) and allow your tuner to run more timing and therefore making more HP. Secondly, Methanol burns at the equivalent of 110 octane fuel, effectively halting detonation that can be present with lower octane fuels and finally Methanol works to keep your engine cleaner, and helps remove carbon deposits that can form on piston tops, which can effective change engine compression and combustion properties.

ECS Alky Control Systems come with a boost referenced, progressive meth controller which automatically releases increasing amounts of methanol as boost increases. This progression ensures smooth and even fuel delivery so that the transition or power remains smooth all the way up to redline.

ECS Alky Control Systems use only the best components. Braided Stainless Steel Lines, a High Volume Methanol specific pump, sealed electrical connectors and brass fittings.

Used properly, an ECS Alky Control System can add reliability, power and stability to your supercharged car.
