I am going to be putting the 599 E-Force kit on my 2013 6-speed coupe. The only other thing I plan to do is a cat back for some sound.
Is it necessary to have a boost gauge? If so are there any other gauges I should have as well? Where is the best place to mount them? Who makes the best gauges and pods?
I realize guys put them on the window pillar but are there any other places? I guess I wouldnt mind them being there but its a little ricer-ish in my eyes. A factory style look is what I am after.

Thanks in advance!
I'm about to do the same thing. And I like a more factory look as well. I'm gonna go with a gauge pod from SLP. if you go to the SLP Performance website just click on Corvette superchargers and under those are listed accessories and the gauge pod mount is there. I'm gonna use a Autometer Cobalt boost gauge.
You don't need a boost gauge, but it's helpful to diagnose any issues. With a supercharger you only make a max boost based on your pulley combination and rpm, so once this is set, it theoretically shouldn't change.
If you have the base kit with base tune on an unmodded Vette, I wouldn't fool with gauges unless you just like how they look.....and it doesn't sound as if you do. I can relate. I haven't seen a pillar pod setup that I'd let in my car. My rig is a little north of base. I have one multi function gauge mounted left of radio. You can't stare at it under WOT (unless you're a whole lot better pilot than me), but I haven't blown up anything in 3.5+ years of fun either
