You should be more than capable of running a 100 shot on the stock fuel system. What are you using to tune it with? How are you pulling the timing? Do you have 2 tunes that you have to load when you want to run on motor vs run on spray?
Shawn at Lethal racing tuned it with efilive. I have 2 separate tunes one for motor and other for juice.

I still don't think it should be pinging with just the 75 shot. Do you know what kind of timing you're running on the bottle? What fuel? Pump gas?

Its not pinging on a 75shot but it was with a 100 shot. I don't know how much timing I'm running. Not really good with that kind of stuff. I let shawn do that, although i should of asked. And always 93 octane.

Pinging is all in the tune. Sounds like you need more timing pulled for the 100 shot. What plugs are you running?

Br7ef? Bre7f? I get the letter mixed up but they are non-projected tip gapped 32 as instructed by nitrous outlet.

Yep, BR7EF is a good plug and that heat range should be right on for your application. .032 is a good gap too but I wouldn't go any larger than that. Out of the box they're gapped at .028 and you don't want to go much more than +4-6 larger as the strap will be out of alignment with the electrode.

It should definitely not be pinging though, unless the tune is off. Too bad you're not closer. I could probably help you out. I was hitting the 150 shot off the rail for awhile with no issues. I had to run a mix of race gas in the tank to keep the fueling in check(leaded fuel is about a half point richer) but otherwise it did great. Nitrous is all about the tune.

You should ask your tuner what kind of timing you're running on the 75 shot. You'll need to pull a little more for the 100 but these motors love the sauce.

A 100 shot is only 12.5hp/cylinder so the motor just laughs at it.

Pull some more timing and let her eat!

Someone who knows what they are talking about.

I sprayed my G8 with bolt ons with a 100-150 for two years with Great luck, only part that sucked was filling the bottle

150 is about as high as i would go off the factory rail.

I ran 12.0.-12.3 AFR on mine and it loved it. Just keep a eye on the timing and the plugs.
