I was looking to maybe add some headers and supercharger system.
I am not really a car mechanic though.
was wondering if American racing headers are street legal?
And if I would add the headers before I would do the supercharger ( to lesson the initial impact of a big bill all at once ) Would the headers be sufficient after the supercharger install?

Technically, no header system is "street legal" because they move your factory cat locations. That being said you shouldn't have any problems passing an inspection.

If Jeff and Angie still owns it then I wouldn't mind them. They were a very good shop back in my ls1 days. Ragin Racin is another one you can trust.

I had a lot of experience with them in my 6 speed 402ci Camaro SS. I used there custom 247/251 cam. Made 530 RWHP with that cam and PRC LS6 Stage 1 heads. Car ran a 10.9 with full weight and 3000+ DA.

That's sounds like a beast, Just do your research and trust your tuner with your car and all should be well
