For those of you running the A&A procharger bracket how hard (or easy) is it to swap belts and move the tensioner? I'm fed up with the stock procharger bracket since the bolt is bending (again) and it slips like crazy even with an extremely tight belt.
I'm not looking into an 8 rib setup or a flip drive just the new bracket with the adjustable idler pulley. I figured since I had to re-clock the supercharger I could fix the leak it had at the same time or send it in to procharger and have them upgrade it to the D1SC and just get a new tune for a little more power.
My friend just did this last weekend. I'll let you know when I talk to him later this week. He said belt wrap is a lot better. He had it all done besides the intake since the A&A bracket moved the blower down a bit the inlet was hitting the radiator so he had to fix that. Other than that he said it was a much nicer bracket. After bending the PC rod a few times, replacing the tensioner, and fighting with belt slip he finally just got the A&A setup.

That would be great. I'm having the exact same trouble. 2nd time the bolt has bent... luckily it still works for now. I changed the tensioner as well thinking that would help which it did to a point but its still pretty bad. I'm not looking to increase my HP much since my car is a DD and a pretty quick one compared to most so I'm going to just make sure the procharger is putting out full power and has no issues compared to all of the issues I have to deal with now.
